We are searching for a Proposal Manager to join our growing team. The Proposal Manager is responsible for creating and preparing company proposals, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.



Proposal Manager Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Supports negotiations for ongoing contracts. 
• Coordinates all facets of proposal process
• Gathers and researches information to include in proposals, including project summaries.
• Reviews, organizes, and edits written documentation to improve clarity.
• Organizes and oversees all parties involved in proposal production.

Proposal Manager Job Requirements

• 3 years of operational analysis
• 3 years of proposal/business development 
• Bachelors’ degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Proficient in various applications including Microsoft Office 365
